Hey ya'll!
I am now at camp and having a blast. The first three days of this week, have been working on our ropes certification. I have about 15 blisters on my hands. Craziness. Hurts bad, I looks like edward scissor hands with how many band-aids I have on. I passed the verbal and action test, you had one shot to get everything right, you make one mistake and you are out. So it was pretty intense but good. I've made some good friends already, people are super nice. Apparently I became the cool kid with my poi dancing and my awesome tie-dye shirts. I'll take it. :-D
I am officially arts and crafts head, I accepted, and I'm really excited about it, I was pretty nervous at first, but then I sat down to think of ideas, and told some people and they were like this is going to be epic. I'll post more about my ideas later when my battery isn't about to die. Oh yeah, left my laptop charger at home. Silly Aj.
Tonight a bunch of us are going to Ames to hang out since we have the night off, we haven't gone to bed before 1:30 am and so this will be nice to just relax together without working on knots or work. Tomorrow starts the time that we get to know each other and learn camp songs. Ridiculously excited.
